Day 106: The Morning Glories Returned

I did a post some months ago showing the morning glories next to the pool in full bloom. During the summer they drop their petals (which need to be fished out of the pool every day lest they clog the filter) until the next spring. However, this year they must have been fooled by the second bout of summer possibly caused by global warming, as they suddenly bloomed again, fully, in mid October!

You can see the remnants of the spring bloom on the ground here...

The bougainvillea was also still in full bloom in mid October.

There's the dead mushroom-covered tree on the left.

No one yet has been able to identify these mushrooms!
